Mill Machine Wet Ball Mill Introduction:

The ball mill is suspended on bearings which is widely used in powder grinding plant to grind material 1/4 inch and finer, down to the particle size of 20 to 75 microns,like iron ore, gold ore, barite and cement etc. Our superfine ball mill is able to grind pariticle size into 300-500mesh. Hengxing ball mill is able to work in dry way or wet way.

Wet Ball Mill Working Principle:the longer time the ball mill runs, the finer the powder will be. Final particle size depends entirely on how hard the material you're grinding is,and the grinding time by ball mill.

Wet Ball Mill Structure:

The machine includes feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). Hengxing ball mill is able to designed in 1-3 chambers. The cylinder is made of high quality steel. It has replaceable liners like manganese steel,rubber,ceramic. Our ball mill has roller or bush bearing in choice.
